Carpenter
Builds, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures from wood, steel, and other materials. Framing, formwork, trim, and finish carpentry, reading blueprints and following specifications on site.

Laborer
Supports the crew with site prep, material handling, cleanup, and general assistance to tradespeople; helps ensure the job site stays safe, organized, and on schedule.

Concrete Finisher
Places, levels, and finishes freshly poured concrete to grade using hand and power tools, including floors, foundations, and sidewalks. Repairs and resurfaces damaged concrete as needed.

- Concrete placing, leveling, and finishing technique (screeding, floating, troweling)
